Laura Bowley is a licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from Heritage Institute with a degree in Occupational Studies of Massage Therapy. She specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy, which promote healing.

Ms. Watkins is the Marketing Director and has been with Universal Health and Wellness Center since 2001. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelors in marketing and has over 20 years experience with fitness, health and nutrition.:
